Reinhard Clemens (born 1960) is Chief Executive Officer of T-Systems and a Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG. He has been the member responsible for T-Systems on the Telekom board since December, 2007.

Mr. Clemens launched his career as General Manager of the Association for Industry Automation in 1990. In 1994, Mr. Clemens began his career at IBM, holding various positions in sales, service and outsourcing until he left the company in 2001 to join Systematics AG. There he served as member of the board of management responsible for sales.
In 2001, Mr. Clemens began working for EDS in Germany. As the chairman of the executive board, he was responsible for sales, business operations and strategy in Central Europe.
Mr. Clemens graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from the RWTH Aachen University in Aachen, Germany, having also worked as a research assistant for the machine tool engineering chair at the same university.

Ferri Abolhassan (born 1964) joined T-Systems in September 2008 and holds a doctorate in computer science. He started his career in research and development in 1987 at Siemens in Munich. From 1989 to 1991 his work in the field of parallel computer architecture brought him to IBM in the United States. Between 1992 and 2001, Dr. Abolhassan held various management positions at SAP. As Senior Vice President of SAP’s global "Retail and Consumer Products" business unit, he successfully developed and marketed SAP’s channel management solution in the retail sector.

In 2001, he moved to IDS Scheer AG, where he was CEO and Co-Chairman. During his tenure, he increased the sales and revenue figures of this internationally active software and consulting company. In 2005, Dr. Abolhassan rejoined top management at SAP – most recently as Executive Vice President EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). Ferri Abolhassan is an author and the publisher of numerous publications and books on the subjects of realtime enterprise, business process management and internationalization.
Ferri Abolhassan has been both head of Systems Integration at T-Systems and a member of the T-Systems Board of Management since September 2008. At the end of 2010, Abolhassan took over responsibility for the Production unit. Dr. Abolhassan takes over as head of both units effective January 1, 2013.

Dr. Markus Müller studied computer science. He comes to Telekom from his post as CIO of Allianz SE, the holding company and global headquarters for the Allianz Group. Since 2000, Dr. Müller has held a range of managerial positions in IT at Allianz and was Chief Operating Officer, IT at Dresdner Bank. Prior to this, he spent five years with McKinsey & Company in Germany and the United States. He earned his doctorate at the University of Passau. Dr. Markus Müller is married and lives close to Munich with his family.

In December 2011 the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Telekom passed a resolution on merging the IT departments of all Deutsche Telekom's business units with a total of around 8,500 employees into Reinhard Clemens' board department. The aim of reorganizing IT within the Group is to make Deutsche Telekom more competitive and allow innovation to be realized more rapidly.

Georg Pepping (born 1969) began his career with the Deutsche Telekom Group in 1997 as a commercial lawyer at T-Data Gesellschaft für Datenkommunikation mbH, where he took over as head of the internal legal department the following year. In 1999 he moved to the Group Employee Terms and Conditions department at Deutsche Telekom AG Group Headquarters, where he was responsible for collective bargaining at domestic Group companies. He was appointed head of the Remuneration Systems and Total Compensation department in 2001.

In 2003, Mr. Pepping took over the Human Resources Management (HRM) central department at Deutsche Telekom AG Group Headquarters. As Head of the HRM Competence Center, he was responsible for compensation & benefits within the Deutsche Telekom Group, including social, collective agreement and co-determination policies in the Group.
Georg Pepping has been Head of Human Resources and Labor Director at T-Systems and member of the Board of Management since September 1, 2010.

He studied business administration and completed an internship in the financial services sector before joining the consultancy Esche Schümann Commichau. He switched to IT service provider Done Project as CFO in 2000. Two years later Rickmann joined EDS as Managing Director IT, where he went on to hold various positions.

He was General Manager and the Member of the Board of Management responsible for Northern and Central Europe in the area of Consulting Services from 2002 to 2007. He was also responsible for the company's European portfolio for three years. From 2008, Rickmann was Head of Infrastructure Services in Europe. When EDS was taken over by the US firm Hewlett-Packard, he was in charge of the integration of the two companies in Germany.
He joined T-Systems in 2009 and took over responsibility for portfolio and innovation management.
Rickmann has been Head of Service at T-Systems since March 2011 and takes over the Sales unit effective January 1, 2013. He is also a member of the management board.

Klaus Werner (born 1968) started his career as an economist in 1994 in T-Mobile Deutschland's Controlling department. He initially worked on the German business segment before joining the Finance department to push the expansion of Deutsche Telekom’s international mobile communications business. At the start of 1998, he took on his first management position heading company-wide planning and reporting at T-Mobile’s Controlling department.

During the years that followed, he held various management positions in the Deutsche Telekom Group’s Finance and Controlling departments. His work focused on the Group's worldwide mobile activities, as well as the economic assessment of strategic matters for all business areas of Deutsche Telekom.
He became Director of Finance and IT in May 2005 and later also Deputy Chairman of Telekom Shop Vertriebsgesellschaft. During this time, the number of Telekom Shops was greatly expanded and productivity and efficiency of the sales channels significantly increased. In addition, new sales models were implemented and service at the Telekom Shops was significantly improved.
Since June 13, 2008, Klaus Werner has been Managing Director of Finance at T-Systems International and responsible for Finance, Procurement and Commercial Management in this capacity.
