Throughout the entire transitional phase, you will also have the chance to get in touch with experienced experts who can answer your questions and provide concrete support if you have any problems.
More than laws and regulations
Under section 613a of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch), the law also protects employees during a job transfer. However, T-Systems wants to do more than just meet legal requirements. T-Systems wants new colleagues to find a new professional home and feel comfortable from day one. In order to achieve this, T-Systems offers an extensive integration program designed to quickly welcome new employees on board and integrate them into the T-Systems community.
