T-Systems Partner Profiles

No two customers are alike. The same holds true for our business partners. We categorize them according to three partner profiles.

T-Systems only partners with companies with an established track record of success in their respective market. In line with their individual skills and resources, we divide them into three groups:
Qualified Partners cooperate with us within a defined partner category at national level. They are partners of one or more T-Systems units, such as a service unit, an industry line or a national company.
Key Partners are leading companies in their respective market segments. Together with T-Systems, they invest in integrated ICT solutions or service offerings (ICT = Information and Communication Technology). Typically, they partner with several T-Systems units.
Top Partners are international market leaders who cooperate with T-Systems in several categories and, like us, adopt an integrated approach to the ICT market. Alliances with Top Partners are of great strategic importance to T-Systems. In cooperation with our Top Partners, we define joint business goals and implement these on the basis of agreed balanced scorecards.
