The Experton Group decorates T-Systems with the ICT Web Award 2009 in the customer loyalty category, primarily because of its "Research for You" market research portal.
Which ICT service provider has the best website to win over customers and gain their long-term loyalty? The Experton Group wanted to find the answer and nominated 15 providers for this year's ICT Web Award. The winner by far overall as well as in the customer loyalty category was T-Systems. According to the jury, Deutsche Telekom's large enterprise segment operates an innovative customer care program with its Research for You market research database. No other provider offers comparable customer service.
The Research for You online portal informs business customers of trends in their industry and in the ICT world. Customers can use the database to access current studies of leading research firms. Within the scope of cooperation between T-Systems, Experton Group, Forrester Research, PAC and TechConsult, companies can order individual studies conducted by these research firms without any annual subscription.
Moreover, customers can also download white papers providing background information free of charge. Extensive search possibilities, including searches according to solution, manufacturer, industry, country or full-text search make it easy to sift through the compiled market information.
1,000 customers already registered
"We've apparently struck a nerve with our customers with our concept for this type of knowledge database," Thomas Spreitzer, Director of Marketing T-Systems, said during the awards ceremony at the Experton Group Annual Conference ‘Expertonale 2009’. "Over 1,000 customers have already signed up since we have launched the offer last May."
