Solutions for 52 airports worldwide

Berlin, Gothenburg, Rome – more and more airports are streamlining their complex logistics with airport solutions from T-Systems.
At German airports alone about 9,000 aircraft take off and land every day. The more efficiently planes and passengers are handled, the quicker the planes are back in the air. This ensures the airports’ economic success as well as airline and passenger satisfaction. Two things are required: sophisticated ICT systems and airports that are networked globally. T-Systems develops solutions to coordinate ground operations, including external service providers such as baggage transporters or caterers.

Along with the BBI Airport in Berlin-Brandenburg and both airports in Rome, Swedavia, the operator of 14 airports in Sweden also optimizes its processes with ICT from T-Systems. Real-time information on take-offs and landings as well as passenger volumes is provided for all passenger information screens and airport personnel.
On average, one in five of the world’s largest international airports with 25 million passengers annually uses airport solutions and services from T-Systems.
