Security
IntraSelect – with security.
IntraSelect offers the highest level of security through the MPLS/IP platform running independently from the Internet.
Customer connection security is ensured by logical separation of data traffic using different IDs defined in the appropriate standards. Managed firewalls protect and filter e-mail messages with antivirus and antispam applications, and web content is protected by antivirus and URL blocking software. In addition, further security measures such as IPSec encryption, digital certificates or the One Time Pass bundle are available for individual modules. Connections via the Internet are always encrypted with IPSec.
IntraSelect and its processes are designed around the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard.
Service Management
Global, proactive 24/7 IP VPN management.
The General Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply for all IntraSelect modules and relate to services such as network availability and provision. Four different service level classes mean that an availability of up to 99.9% per month is possible (Platinum service level for Fixed Connect).
The functionality and availability of IntraSelect are monitored according to the follow-the-sun principle (24/7) in in-house network management centers (Frankfurt, New York & Singapore).
