A T-Systems postbox saves Sparkassen Broker printing and mailing costs and provides its customers with access to account statements and securities bills from anywhere.
Sparkassen Broker, a company within the Sparkasse financial group, specializes in securities trading on the Internet. In order to offer its customers an additional service and save printing and mailing costs at the same time, the company moved its paper-based customer correspondence to its website. Thanks to a postbox solution from T-Systems, Sparkassen Broker now only has to transmit its raw data to the ICT services provider. T-Systems uses this data to create account statements, securities bills and information letters, which it provides to customers via the Sparkassen Broker website. All data transmissions are protected by encryption, while a backup archive at a different location ensures fail safety.
