T-Systems has been responsible for Shell's data center operations for over a year. Looking back at the first, successful year.

T-Systems was all about high performance right from the start in its cooperation with Shell. The company raced to the head of the pack with its Dynamic Services. At the end of 2007, Shell awarded the Telekom subsidiary the IT Master Service Agreement (MSA) for operating the global infrastructure of Shell's server and storage landscape. This was a huge acknowledgement from the customer. Dynamic Services provide very flexible services to the customer based on demand. According to Shell, T-Systems is over a year ahead of its competitors with this solution.
Smooth transition
