Excellent employer

March 24, 2010

T-Systems Italy wins Top Employer Award, presented by the CRF (Corporate Research Foundation), for the second time in a row.
The CRF has been presenting the award to the most attractive employers since 2003. The evaluation criteria are based on excellent performance regarding remuneration, work/life balance, career opportunities, corporate culture, job security and market leadership. The annual award is handed out by the independent CRF institute, which initiates international research projects for businesses and is a leader in the employer branding area.
"The Top Employer Award 2010 rewards our specific HR strategy" says Silvio Angeleri, Human Resources and Organization Director at T-Systems Italy. “Our work/life balance program certainly plays a key role for women and mothers, who can count on the company’s in-house pre-school and flexible working hours."

Targeted support

Additionally, the company offered around 1,500 days for employees to participate in further education programs in the past year. It also finances language courses and programs for young employees with potential. This has paid off: Employees stay with the company an average of eight years; the employee fluctuation rate is as low as 4.5%. T-Systems employs more than 600 people in Italy and generated revenues of around 157 million Euros in 2009.
A total of 28 companies were presented with the Top Employer Award this year, including Dell, Pirelli and Ericsson.
