Highest security standards – in the public and private cloud
In 2015 Deutsche Telekom and its partner Huawei signed a global master agreement for IT infrastructure and public cloud solutions. In this context, T-Systems and the Chinese IT corporation presented a mobile data center (RZ2Go) for large companies looking for short-term expansion of their capacities. All technological private cloud systems, from servers and storage elements to cooling and power supply are preinstalled in a shipping container and available for use within one week only. One year later – at CeBIT 2016 – T-Systems presented the Open Telekom Cloud
, a special infrastructure-as-a-service offer from the public cloud. With its core attributes "Secure. Hybrid. Different. Open.", the Open Telekom Cloud
is a European public cloud alternative to the US hyperscalers, which combines maximum flexibility with data protection "Made in Germany." The technology for both solutions comes from Huawei while T-Systems provides the cloud expertise, the network and the certified German cloud data center, also handling hook-up and management.
