Highly available IP-VPN for transferring data between the just under 1,000 VGH Versicherungen offices.
A modern, managed field service network for ivv - Informationsverarbeitung für Versicherungen GmbH.
With the introduction of a new, central application for automatically processing claims at VGH Versicherung offices, the company’s IT service provider, ivv – Informationsverarbeitung für Versicherungen GmbH, decided to modernize the field service network.
After a painstakingly planned and executed rollout of the SDSL connections until October 2012, the business premises of the ivv group are now connected to the headquarters in Hanover via a high-performance network. The customer benefits from guaranteed bandwidths, proactive monitoring and a service manager as a dedicated contact for all questions and change requests. Through the innovation partnership, T-Systems ensures not only continuous further upgrades to SDSL connections (depending on local availability) but also scalability for other sites.
ivv – Informationsverarbeitung für Versicherungen GmbH is the full-service IT service provider for composite insurance companies. With around 370 employees, it generates an annual turnover of around €85 million. The portfolio of services ranges from computer center services, network services and print management to mobility and security solutions.
