Cesar Martinez serves as Vice President Cloud and Infrastructure for T-Systems North America. In his role, he is responsible for the delivery of customer-oriented, best in class ICT and TC services and solutions for the United States and Canada.
Cesar joined T-Systems Mexico in 2000 as General Counsel and moved to the United States in 2002. Since his move he has held various positions within the T-Systems International group including Regional Program Manager for the Americas and Africa, Regional Chief Operations Officer for APAC, Vice President IT for T-Systems Argentina, Brazil, and South Africa, Vice President IT and President ad interim for T-Systems France. He moved to Chicago in 2014 to take over the position of Vice President IT for TSNA, where he was responsible for the overall delivery of ICT Services, associated cost controls, quality, service improvements and overall customer success. Furthermore, he has been successful with the deployment of private, public and on premise cloud and industry specific solutions within the US servicing both local and global enterprise customers.
Before Cesar Started his journey with T-Systems, he worked for the US Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C.; the Mexico City Office of Economic Promotion for the Mexican State of Michoacan; and for the US House of Representatives working as intern for the H. Bill Richardson, 3rd. D, NM. Cesar holds a JD from UDLA-P, Mexico, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University.
