Jürgen Schäfer serves as CEO of Detecon, the advisory arm of T-Systems since July 2023. Detecon combines management consulting with deep technology expertise to guide clients on their digital transformation journey.
Jürgen Schäfer has extensive experience in business transformation, corporate strategy, digital business models, and finance. Before joining Detecon, Jürgen Schäfer held key positions at T-Systems International, including SVP Finance & Controlling within the Digital Division and later as SVP Transformation & Business Controlling, where he successfully led major transformation initiatives. Earlier, he worked at Roland Berger and Telekom Strategy Consulting in senior roles, suiting his expertise in technology and consulting.
Complementing his experience, he graduated from an executive program at London Business School, solidifying his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
