Klaus Koefoed joined T-Systems in June 2023 as Managing Director for Norther Europe, taking over the responsibility for the Nordic and UK&I markets.
Klaus comes from a position as Vice President - Nordic Head of Cloud Strategy & Transformation Advisory at Capgemini and brings a vast experience in working with digital consultancy and in-depth knowledge of the cloud transformation agenda. With more than 20 years of experience from the IT service and consultancy industry, among more from Capgemini, Deloitte and Accenture, he adds vital knowhow to T-Systems to continue the long-term growth strategy of the region.
On 1st March 2020, Thomas Deeg has started his position as Vice President Finance, Controlling & Compliance for the Northern Europe region. In his function, he looks after standard finance and controlling responsibilities over all service lines.
Thomas joined T-Systems in December 2003 as Senior Commercial Manager and became Chief Financial Officer for T-Systems Nordic in August 2010 before assuming his current role for Northern Europe.
Rikke Spangenberg has been appointed as VP Human Resources for T-Systems Nordic in 2005. Since August 2019 she looks after the business and HR needs for Northern Europe, together with the T-Systems UK Head of HR Wendy McCann, to ensure a smooth transition of business governance and operating model for both T-Systems Nordic and UK.
Before starting her career with T-Systems in February 2001 as HR Business Partner, Rikke held a variety of HR roles across different international Telecommunication companies such as Mobilix and Orange. She also holds a Master in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
Karen Stub Panteloukas started in the role of VP Sales for T-Systems in Northern Europe in November 2023 taking over the commercial responsibility for the Nordic and UK&I markets. She comes from a position as Sales Director at Accenture and brings vast experience in working with digital consultancy and in-depth knowledge of the digital transformation agenda.
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT service, software, and consultancy industry, among more from Accenture, IBM, and Insurance Business Applications, Karen will add instrumental know-how to T-Systems to continue the long-term growth strategy of the region.
In January 2020, Julian Hartung has been appointed in his current role as Head of Managed Infrastructure Services and Private Cloud for T-Systems Northern Europe.
Julian started his career in the IT sector as a Mainframe Operator for the Electricity Board (National Grid). After 15 years he left as Head of IT Operations and joined Centrica in a similar role. Joining T-Systems in March 2007, Julian has held numerous roles in the company such as Senior Service Delivery Manager for UK & Ireland customers, Head of Project Delivery and Head of IT Delivery.
