With a focus on electromobility, Vitesco Technologies sold its Italian subsidiary Vitesco Italy Srl – which was deemed a non-core business by Vitesco Technologies – to Punch Torini SpA in 2023, itself a subsidiary of the Belgian Punch Group. To master the challenges of the PLM data migration from Vitesco Technologies to Punch, Vitesco Technologies teamed up with T-Systems to develop a precise approach.
