Modern Slavery Act

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will give law enforcement the tools to fight modern slavery, ensure perpetrators can receive suitably severe punishments for these appalling crimes and enhance support and protection for victims. It received Royal Assent on Thursday 26 March 2015.

Conscious that slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society, T-Systems Limited Board of Directors, the Executive Management, and all Management levels therein, are fully committed to ensuring that: 

• slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business; or that of our supply chain partners, and
• acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business transactions and relationships.

T-Systems Limited commits to producing an annual transparency statement that sets out the steps our organisation has taken during the financial year to ensure that this remains the case.
