He brings over 25 years of leadership experience across consulting and enterprise technology, having led businesses through transformation and growth in both Asia and the United States. His background spans SAP, AI, Cloud, and defense tech, where he has built teams known for commercial focus, innovation and consistent execution.
His leadership blends a professional sports team mindset with the precision and discipline of his U.S. military background, built on the belief that high performance starts with trust, clarity, and the shared commitment to win together.
Dr. Frank-Stephan Hardt is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of T-Systems Asia, leading the company’s business operations, internal IT, regional deal desk, and governance and process excellence across sales and delivery. As CFO, he also oversees finance, legal, compliance, and procurement, ensuring strong financial governance and commercial discipline that support T-Systems Asia’s next stage of growth.
Stephan started his career by studying Economics and Mechanical Engineering at the Universities of Hanover and Hamburg and has a Dr. rer. pol. (PhD) in Economics and Social Sciences focusing on Business Strategy, Strategic Controlling and Organisational Behaviour from the European Business School at Oestrich-Winkel. He is a Member of the Think Tank set up in WHU Business School of Management in Koblenz, a UK member of the Deloitte CFO Alumni Network and Henley Business School and is highly interested in New Technologies such as Digitisation and in particular in Artificial Intelligence.
After University Stephan worked for a time at leading aircraft manufacturer Airbus, Mannesmann Automotive, Plaut Consulting and PA Consulting. In 2002 Stephan joined Deutsche Telekom Group and since then he holds various senior Executive positions within T-Systems International and Deutsche Telekom Geschäftskunde. From 2012 till 2017 he was the Chief Financial Officer of T-Systems Limited (UK). Besides this position he was a Director of T-Mobile Holding Limited and a Director of ClickandBuy International Limited as well as sitting as a Non-Executive on the Supervisory Board of T-Systems Austria. In 2018 he became nominated as Chief Financial Officer at T-Systems Slovakia and in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer at Deutsche Telekom IT & Telecommunication Slovakia and Deutsche Telekom Systems Solution Slovakia. From 2021 to 2022 he was acting as the Managing Director at T-Systems Malaysia in addition to his CFO roles in Slovakia.
Lorraine Chua is the Chief Human Resources Officer of T-Systems Asia, leading the company’s people strategy, culture, and enablement agenda. She oversees talent acquisition, learning and development, performance, and organizational design, driving engagement, trust, and high-performance across Team Magenta. As CHRO, she also leads People Enablement, focusing on how T-Systems Asia grows, develops, and equips its people to succeed as one team across the region.
Lorraine brings a wealth of experience and insight to the T-Systems board, backed by over two decades in HR Strategy and Transformation, Org Culture and Development across industries from Banking and Finance, Insurance and Tech & E-commerce. As a respected leader known for her visionary approach and commitment to drive changes and positive organization development efforts, Lorraine has been instrumental in steering organizations through complex transformations in the Asia-Pacific region. Her expertise spans across digital transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and fostering collaborative partnerships that drive impactful results and value-creation.
In her role on the T-Systems board, Lorraine is dedicated to shaping the company’s strategic direction, focusing on customer-centric solutions, and strengthening T-Systems’ position as an employer of choice.
