Information about compliance/supply chain obligations (LkSG)

Deutsche Telekom wants to set standards, not only by competence and performance, but also by the way its employees act. Close to customers and partners, fair and open for dialog.

Compliance with legal regulations, values and obligations is the basis of our actions. Respect for human rights within the Deutsche Telekom Group and on the part of our suppliers is a matter of course for us as a company. We use existing Group processes and guidelines to implement the requirements of the LkSG. In 2023, we revised our human rights policy statement and set it out in two documents. These can be viewed at the following link: https://www.telekom.com/en/corporate-responsibility/social-commitment/human-rights/details/documents-human-rights-1054252

All can help protect the company from harm. In order to be able to counteract grievances and misconduct as a company, we must become aware of them.

Through our whistleblower portal TellMe, we would therefore like to give all stakeholders the opportunity to easily and, if necessary, anonymously report potential violations of law or regulations. This includes information about human rights or environmental risks, restrictions on freedom of expression, or violations along our supply chain - from the actions of our own employees to those of our suppliers or business partners.
