Jilai Hu has more than 20 years of experience in IT/ICT, with rich industry/business experience. He has been responsible for quite many different roles/responsibility, technically end-to-end from IT infrastructure build up/operation to application development/operation, from classic solution/offering to growth solution/offering, cloud, digitalization, and security; customer perspective end to end ICT service delivery management and customer partnership & business development; as well company level operation steering, business development and corporate strategic management.
Jilai Hu joined T-Systems China in 2007 as Head of Service Delivery Management; meanwhile he also held the APAC regional Head of SDM position in automotive industry. He was later promoted as Vice President of Delivery in 2015 then General Manager in 2019.
Prior to joining T-Systems China, Hu Jilai worked for IBM for 6 years with intensive expertise in multiple positions of Project Manager, Architect, Consultant and Technical Presales Leader.
Esther is the Vice President Finance and Controlling of T-Systems P.R. China since 2021/09, and she joined T-Systems P.R. China as the Head of Controlling in 2014. Esther hopes to lead the team to the next performance level through empowerment and motivation.
Esther worked in Siemens Ltd. China during 2004 – 2011 as a senior financial analyst, internal auditor, and commercial manager, sharpening her technical skills and business acumen through different finance functions. She was a finance manager with Atos Technology (China) Co. during 2011 – 2012 and worked as a financial consultant with eCFO Financial Services.
She has an MBA degree from Purdue University of U.S.
After Mi Luo completed her master degree in UK 2004 she joined Hewlett-Packard as Sales for around 2 years in Shanghai. In 2006 she moved to Beijing and joined T-Systems family just 4 months after company initiated. In the past 10 years, Luo Mi took variance roles and positions like SharePoint Application Manager, Project Manager, Operation Manager with excellent performance and resulted in several times T-Star award, and then promoted as Head of PME in which position she was leading the department to reach great achievement on finance result, team stability and service quality improvement. These vast and rich practice together with ITIL Expert and PMP certification accomplished Luo Mi her deep understanding on ICT service, delivery management and people management.
From June 2016 Luo Mi had been promoted as the VP HR Head role as the new journey on her career life and will devote herself to bring business and HR management closer.
