Dale Aultman serves as Managing Director for T-Systems North America. In her role, she is responsible for delighting clients with solutions for Cloud, Connectivity, Digital Transformation and Security.
She is an expert at defining sales strategy, client value messaging and working on objection handling with her new product teams. Her track record includes ramping acquisitions and emerging solutions as well as driving market share growth on established technology solutions. Prior to joining T-systems, Dale worked at IBM for over 20 years. She served as the Vice President, Technical Support Service Sales and was involved in multiple acquisitions and divestitures, most notably Director of Global Sales Integration for the XIV storage acquisition, which built up a sales organization of over 400 sellers and $300 million in annual revenue. Dale works the mission of T-Systems everyday - Shaping the future of a connected business world and society by creating added value for customers, employees and investor through innovative ICT solutions.
Vice President, Finance and Controlling Member of the Management Board T-Systems North America
Bertus Cilliers serves as Vice President, Finance and Controlling for T-Systems North America. In his role, he is responsible for all financial activities of T-Systems North America. Mr. Cilliers focuses on internal IT, accounting, controlling, procurement, legal and pricing activities.
Prior to joining T-Systems in 2009 Mr. Cilliers was a Senior Commercial Manager for Services with Wincor Nixdorf in the UK. He was promoted to the Senior Commercial Manager position in less than 12 months of being with the company. Some of his responsibilities at Wincor Nixdorf included providing the overall financial support and strategic guidance for Services, contracting negotiations with major accounts in the UK and overall financial management of the service division to reach revenue and gross profit targets.
Previous to his position at Wincor Nixdorf Mr. Cilliers was a Business Finance Manager and then moved on to become the Head of Controlling for T-Systems in the UK. While part of T-Systems UK he was involved in the successful installation of the SAP Financial systems and an integral part of the team which ensured successful turnaround and profitability.
Mr. Cilliers holds Bachelors degree in Accounting form Rand Afrikaans University and a MBA from the University of South Africa.
Vice President, Human Resources Member of the Management Board T-Systems North America
Stepan has been with Deutsche Telekom AG since May 2007. He began his tenure with Deutsche Telekom at T-Mobile Czech Republic as the Senior Head of Human Resources Business Partner team supporting the Technology Division.
In 2011, he became Vice President of HR Management, responsible for the whole Business Partner (BP) unit and HR Back Office services. In 2016, he was supporting both T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom as HR BP Director for Technology and Supporting Functions. In April 2017, he transitioned from Telecommunications to IT and became Vice President Human Resources, T-Systems North America.
Vice President, Delivery Member of the Management Board T-Systems North America
Christopher Knoblauch serves as Vice President, Delivery for T-Systems North America. In his role, he is responsible for the delivery of customer-oriented, best in class ICT, TC and SI services and solutions.
Chris joined T-Systems Munich, Germany office in 2009 as Executive Service Delivery Manager and moved back to the US in 2011 where he’s held various positions including Head of Service Operation Center for Global Accounts and Quality for ICT services for the Americas. In addition to his VP responsibilities, Chris is also the Head of Global IT Operations for T-Systems North America where he is responsible for the overall delivery of ICT Services, associated cost controls, quality, service improvements and overall customer success. Furthermore, he has been successful with the deployment of private, public and on premise cloud and industry specific solutions within the US servicing both local and global enterprise customers.
Prior to joining T-Systems, Chris held positions with IBM, and spent eight years in the semiconductor industry where he held various global IT management and leadership positions. During this time, Chris defined and led multiple strategic initiatives including in/out-sourcing, cloud adoption and implementation, best-shoring of IT services and providing overall executive and strategic guidance to ensure a high quality customer experience while fulfilling commercial objectives.
