Meet our Executive Team
With over two decades of experience in leadership roles, Dr. Frank-Stephan Hardt brings a wealth of expertise to his position as Chief Financial Officer/VP Finance & Controlling at T-Systems Singapore Ltd. Pte. Since taking on this role in July 2024, he has been responsible for overseeing finance operations across Asia, managing corporate controllership, legal, compliance, and procurement functions.
Stephan holds a PhD in Economics and Social Sciences from the European Business School, with a deep specialization in Business Strategy, Strategic Controlling, and Organizational Behavior. He is closely connected to prestigious institutions such as the WHU Business School Think Tank, Deloitte CFO Alumni Network, and Henley Business School, and has a particular interest in digitalization and artificial intelligence.
Stephan’s professional journey began at Airbus, Mannesmann Automotive, Plaut Consulting, and PA Consulting before joining Deutsche Telekom Group in 2002. Over the years, he has held various senior executive roles, including CFO positions at T-Systems Limited (UK), T-Systems Slovakia, and Deutsche Telekom Slovakia, as well as Managing Director at T-Systems Malaysia. He has also served as a Director at T-Mobile Holding Limited and ClickandBuy International Limited and contributed as a Non-Executive member of the Supervisory Board at T-Systems Austria.
Outside of his professional life, Stephan has a passion for fitness, engaging in activities such as running, mountain biking, scuba diving, and motorcycling. He is also an avid musician, playing the e-bass and guitar with a love for genres like hard rock, blues, indie, grunge, and jazz.
Lorraine Chua brings a wealth of experience and insight to the T-Systems board, backed by over two decades in HR Strategy and Transformation, Org Culture and Development across industries from Banking and Finance, Insurance and Tech & E-commerce. As a respected leader known for her visionary approach and commitment to drive changes and positive organization development efforts, Lorraine has been instrumental in steering organizations through complex transformations in the Asia-Pacific region. Her expertise spans across digital transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and fostering collaborative partnerships that drive impactful results and value-creation.
In her role on the T-Systems board, Lorraine is dedicated to shaping the company’s strategic direction, focusing on customer-centric solutions, and strengthening T-Systems’ position as an employer of choice. Her passion, strategic insights and leadership make her an invaluable asset to T-Systems as the company continues its journey to empower businesses with transformative digital solutions.
