PAC’s latest market analysis confirms the strong position of Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems in the ICT services market. The companies rank first in Germany and second across EMEA, reflecting their scale in telecommunications and IT services and the breadth of their portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, SAP, AI, and industry solutions.
In Germany, Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems retain the top position for ICT services for business customers. According to PAC, they hold around 40 percent of the telecommunications services market and rank first in IT services. Their portfolio spans T Cloud, cybersecurity, SAP, artificial intelligence, and industry-specific solutions for sectors including manufacturing, the public sector, and healthcare.
The companies also maintain a strong position at European level. Across EMEA, Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems rank second, with around €14 billion in revenue in 2025, placing them behind Accenture and ahead of Capgemini and IBM.
The ranking highlights a key differentiator: the combination of connectivity and a broad IT services portfolio. This enables Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems to support organizations with integrated ICT services across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and digital transformation.
