Leading European ICT service provider

The subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom is headquartered in Germany. It is present in Europe as well as in selected core markets and at strategic production sites. T-Systems provides global companies with a global production and supply chain.

Industry-specific end-to-end solutions

T-Systems offers end-to-end digital solutions, driving the digital transformation of companies in all industries and the public sector. The focus industries include the automotive industry, the healthcare industry, transportation, trade and logistics, finance, the manufacturing industry and public administration. T-Systems has a great deal of expertise in these industries, deep into the value chains, and develops industry-specific solutions. These include, for example, services for Catena-X, the open data ecosystem for the automotive industry, digital identities in healthcare, administrative digitalization, an AI-based forecasting machine for public transport, or GenAI tools that help lawyers, for example, to recognize changes in legal texts as quickly as possible (Law Monitor).

Consulting: Rethinking digital value creation

The technology and industry experts from T-Systems and the consulting subsidiary Detecon advise companies on their path to digital transformation. Detecon helps companies from all sectors of the economy to adapt their business models and operational processes to the competitive conditions and customer requirements of the digitalized, globalized economy with state-of-the-art communication and information technology. Detecon provides holistic advice on strategy, transformation, digital innovations and business technology.

Digital: Making business more agile and flexible

Agility and flexibility are the most important advantages of a digitalized economy and administration. Production processes and supply chains can be adapted in an agile way. The basis for this is the real-time analysis of machine, production and planning data with the help of big data and artificial intelligence (AI). This allows sub-processes to be controlled autonomously, so that employees can concentrate on strategic future developments.

To this end, T-Systems offers an extensive portfolio of coordinated ICT and network solutions. In addition to private and public cloud services, these include digital solutions for Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence or solutions for the metaverse. T-Systems integrates these into existing ICT infrastructures or builds completely new structures and operates them from scratch. Digital solutions tailored to specific business processes are also used so that companies can exploit the full potential of digitalization

Cloud Services: Comprehensive and sovereign cloud ecosystem

The comprehensive portfolio of services includes the secure operation of classic ICT infrastructures and migration to private cloud and public cloud environments. T-Systems offers customers access to and operation of a comprehensive cloud ecosystem. To this end, the cloud experts work with more than 150 partners, including the hyperscalers AWS, Microsoft and Google, technology providers such as Cisco and VMware or software manufacturers such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft. For customers with special requirements for data protection, data sovereignty and compliance, T-Systems offers its own Open Telekom Cloud, which can be used to meet all the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Or, in partnership with Google, the "T-Systems Sovereign Cloud powered by Google Cloud" especially for the German market.

T-Systems has more than 20 years of experience in the transformation and management of complex IT systems and employs over 3,000 cloud architects and experts worldwide. The heart of cloud services is one of the largest and most modern cloud data centers in Europe near Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt. It is the highly secure hub of T-Systems' global cloud infrastructure. In addition, the global production network includes 11 highly secure twin cores data centers and strategic Global Delivery Centers (GDC) in India, Spain, Hungary, Brazil and Slovakia, as well as smaller shoring hubs in Romania and Poland.

Security: ICT and OT systems intelligently protected

A secure infrastructure for ICT and operational technology (OT) is crucial for the economic success of a company. But cyberattacks on networks and software are becoming a major threat. Almost every day, there are attacks by cybercriminals who exploit vulnerabilities, install malware, steal passwords and complete digital identities, intercept sensitive data and blackmail their victims. The reason: IT architectures are often not designed to be secure enough to withstand professional hackers. Therefore, one of the most important challenges of digitization is to successfully protect IT and OT systems.

Connectivity as a foundation

As an integral part of Deutsche Telekom – the ninth strongest brand in the world – T-Systems International can offer its business customers the complete portfolio of IT and communications technology. This makes T-Systems one of the few providers in the world that can implement ICT solutions from a single source, end to end.

Sustainable into the future

Deutsche Telekom is committed to reconciling economic, social and environmental aspects and is committed to acting responsibly along its entire value chain. As a subsidiary, T-Systems is committed to climate-neutral business, strives for the circularity of products and services, and promotes diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion. As an IT and digitalization service provider, T-Systems supports companies with green technologies, green cloud services, smart logistics, and IoT data analysis to drive digital growth while promoting sustainability and environmental protection.

Ecological responsibility in practice includes ongoing measures to improve energy efficiency and promote the circular economy in cloud computing and data centers. T-Systems is doing everything it can to continously improve the sustainability of its own data centers. The longterm goal is clima-neutral data centers that are self-sufficient through an intelligent interplay of renewable generation, storage and flexible consumers.
