How to apply with us

Applying is very easy and uncomplicated, when you know how. Please apply exclusively online via our Job Portal. To help you plan, you should reckon with 6-8 weeks from application to acceptance. This process may be longer or shorter depending on how full your and our appointment calendars are.

Your application portfolio – a checklist

Your cover letter: this is essential to any application portfolio. Here you explain why you are interested in the position and why you are the right candidate for us. Get straight to the point: use one A4 page to highlight practical experiences and qualifications that make you perfect for the position.

Your resume: short, structured and impressive – this is what your resume should be like. Concentrate on positions relevant to the advertised role. Organize your resume in reverse chronological order to provide a quick overview. Want to tell us more? Then simply include the link to your Xing or LinkedIn profile.

Certificates and references: please only send us documents relevant to the role. Additional qualifications are welcome, as long as they are useful for the position advertised.

On every job advertisement, you will find a link to apply online. Please register and create your applicant profile. Your advantage: once your profile has been created, you can quickly and easily apply with your application portfolio in a matter of clicks to every job opportunity at T-Systems worldwide. In the applications overview, you can view the status and next steps in your application process. You can also save your progress on an application to finish and submit later.

The interview – getting to know each other

Congratulations! We were impressed with your application – now we would like to get to know you better in person. If you prepare well, you can go into the interview feeling calm and relaxed. Which projects have you worked on? Why did you apply to work with us? What would you like to know about your future manager?

Around two weeks after our interview you will receive your feedback. Should we wish to employ you, we will of course give you some time to consider the offer. If you would like to work for us, we will have another meeting to discuss the details of your contract. After up to five weeks, everything will be sorted. Once we agree on the details, we will welcome you to our team.

Success is no coincidence – our onboarding process

We make your start and orientation in our group as easy as possible, even before your first day with us, so that you can throw yourself into your role right from the beginning. As well as this, we continue to guide you, with regular review meetings and personalized training options, even after the first few weeks.
