T-Systems has been named Germany's Best Managed Service Provider 2025 in the category of providers with an annual turnover of over one billion euros by the two magazines, Computerwoche and ChannelPartner. This recognition underlines T-Systems' outstanding performance in the area of managed services. In the previous year, the company was still in 5th place but has now worked its way to the top of the ranking.
According to Computerwoche and ChannelPartner, T-Systems’ success is mainly due to the excellent customer ratings at the user helpdesk and the wide range of services offered.

Since 2017, Computerwoche and ChannelPartner have been honoring the most customer-friendly Managed Service Providers in Germany. The evaluation is carried out by the independent market research company iSCM Institute, which surveys customers of the most important Managed Service Providers. In the latest survey, which ran from November 2024 to January 2025, more than 1,500 CIOs, IT leaders, IT administrators, and business leaders rated their experiences working with their Managed Service Providers over the past two years. A total of 1,548 managed and cloud service projects were included in the evaluation of cooperation with Managed Service Providers. 700 providers operating in Germany were evaluated.
