Lara Boelsems is Tribe Head at T-Systems International GmbH and plays an active role in driving the digital transformation of the Chemicals & Pharma Industry. 

She completed her Bachelor’s degree from Provadis School of International Management and Technology AG in 2022.

She has special interest in driving strategic AI initiatives. Together with her team, she aims to develops customized solutions that sustainably enhance the competitiveness of businesses.
