Wienerberger, which is a leading international provider of building materials and infrastructure solutions, was faced with the challenge of implementing the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in a central tool in the holding company both nationwide and worldwide.
Wienerberger has opted for the GRC Cloud in cooperation with T-Systems. This highly secure platform makes it possible to harmonize existing data silos and processes and achieves the desired maturity level in the organization and in terms of GDPR compliance within a remarkably short time. The GRC Cloud offers the necessary flexibility and data integrity to map all GRC management processes required for internal GRC management. The integration of various areas such as information security, risk management and data protection makes it possible to make the most of synergies and goal-driven decision-making.
