Welcome@T-Systems Nordics

We at Welcome@T-Systems Nordics will extend a warm welcome to you upon your start with T-Systems Nordics. Through an extensive introduction program we hope to get you acquainted and familiarized with our organization, to familiarize you with your areas of responsibility, create alignment with your leader in regards to short and long term focal areas and future corporation, and last but not least to create a foundation for a good collaboration with your new colleagues. 
You will have a "buddy" assigned to you during the first few weeks – a co-worker from your new team who will look after you and make it easier for you to integrate into the team. But after those initial weeks there will still be regular status meetings to keep you up-to-date and deal with the specific requirements you are facing. In this way we ensure that you are well integrated into your new team and feel well at T-Systems Nordics.
If you aren't from Germany, our internal "Telekom Social Network" has an International Employee Corner. There you will be assigned an "international buddy" to make your early days and integration easier.

Compass development meeting

Compass is the annual performance review for all staff. You, of course, are the focus of this development meeting. So use the meeting and present your self-assessment, prepared beforehand, and then meet your manager to have assessed your skills and potential for bigger challenges.

Expert development & CAMPUS

Go Ahead! structures expert development and careers and helps you plan your professional development targets and drive your expert development and career. You and your manager together plan how you can upgrade your skills. The goal of the expert career is to make high potentials more visible and foster them in a targeted way as part of talent and succession management. In this process, the focus is on horizontal and, in particular, vertical development. You and your manager plan your development goals and supporting measures.

Executive development

The international Leadership Development Program (LDP) and the national, German Executive Development Program (Führungskräfte-Entwicklungs-Programm, FEP) support the development of managers. The modular programs can be aligned with the employee's specific situation.

Telekom X-Change

We offer our staff a range of opportunities to get experience in other countries. There are four different options for international assignments of more than three months: expatriate, project assignment, assignment for development purposes and localization.
