Lifetime work accounts

Take a break, fulfill your dreams, and benefit from the advantages of a lifetime work account that enables you to deposit parts of your earnings into a lifetime working time account. Pay-scale employees can also contribute the value of up to 80 work hours from their short-term account. This allows you to finance a future break, before retirement, like a sabbatical or supplement your income during part-time work.

Mentoring program: Career with children

Our mentoring program, as part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, is designed to support executives, junior managers, and experts in the Telekom Group for a smooth return to work after parental leave. We rely on innovative approaches to provide you with the necessary support and individual development opportunities during the family phase.

Mom Hunting master program

One of the many different initiatives we offer is the Mom Hunting program. The women-founded startup Mom Hunting is dedicated to promoting equal career opportunities and inclusion throughout all stages of the employee journey. As part of the Mom Hunting Master Program, we conducted a comprehensive diversity maturity assessment with an experienced expert team specializing in flexible career paths, specifically identifying areas for improvement. With the support of Mom Hunting, we are proactively addressing these identified gaps to ensure that our work environment becomes more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Social Talent collaboration

Social Talent is a comprehensive learning platform for leaders with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as other important aspects of talent management. The courses cover topics such as reducing unconscious bias, inclusive recruitment practices, and creating diverse and inclusive teams. By using Social Talent, our leaders are supported in creating an even more diverse and inclusive work environment.

FemTec Cooperation

Telekom is a partner of the Femtec Career-Building Program. Each year, 100 STEM scholarship recipients are selected through an assessment center to participate in a 1.5-year career-building program. Highlights include company excursions and workshops, as well as the chance to spend 5 months at the Innovation Lab of a partner company. We support the scholarship recipients beyond the program and advise them on entry and career opportunities within the group with our recruiting colleagues.

IT Girls

Together for more women in tech. Deutsche Telekom is a proud partner of the IT Girls initiative. The goal is to motivate young women to venture into the tech industry and achieve better gender equality in this field.

T-Systems, as part of the internationally active Deutsche Telekom Group, is committed to promoting diversity, an inclusive attitude and fair treatment of one another.
