Get off to a flying start with your personal career specializing in SAP or the Public sector! The aim of #youlearn is to turn young talents into experts in SAP or the Public sector.
This involves undergoing very intensive and qualified training in just one year. The industry's requirements are special and dynamic. As a result, our #youlearn entry-level program is constantly being developed. This means we can ensure that you always have the latest knowledge during your training, which closely intertwines theory and practice. In addition to a wide variety of on-the-job project assignments, you can also obtain prestigious certifications.
We will take care of all the training and certification costs.
And we will not abandon you: during the entire duration of the program, you will have an experienced mentor by your side, from onboarding to imparting the basics of SAP or the public domain, and even specialization for your future role.
To ensure that you can focus fully on the program, we also pay an attractive monthly remuneration.
Not only will you learn about us as a company, our processes, and how we work, but you will also gain the opportunity to earn various SAP associate certifications – such as SAP Activate, the SAP implementation framework for the SAP S/4HANA business suite – in supervised learning groups. These additional qualifications will continuously open doors for you on your career path.
Of course, we highly value hands-on experience: during the course of your entry-level program, you will use your abilities in different projects in various industries, such as automotive, public, retail, travel, transport, and logistics. A wide variety of tasks awaits you! Which industry is the best fit for you? You decide which industry you would like to specialize in. To ensure that you always feel at home, we provide you with your personal mentor who will assist you with everything.
Not only will you get to know our company, our processes, and how we work, but you will be part of our Public team right from the first day and will have the opportunity to learn about the projects in the public domain from our experts.
You will also have the opportunity to obtain various certifications, such as IREB, ISAQB, ISTQB, or a project management certification. These will continuously open doors for you on your career path.
Of course, we highly value hands-on experience: during the course of your entry-level program, you will use your abilities in different projects in a wide variety of roles with a variety of customers.
