Legal notes: This offer is targeted at new business customers (not resellers or partners) in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Nordic countries, Netherlands, France, and North America. A requirement is that the customer is already operating the VMware stack (more than 800 VMs). Costs are only incurred once the customer awards a contract. Free use automatically expires from the 5th week.

The test environment includes a software-defined data center (SDDC), consisting of a cluster. If there is no upgrade to a production SDDC, the test SDDC including all data will be deleted after 30 days. If the customer continues to use the Future Cloud infrastructure, additional fees will apply (as stated in the contract). The minimum contract term is 12 months.

If the contract is not canceled in time, it is automatically extended by one year. All stated prices are net per month plus statutory sales tax.
