This includes providing operational performance, implementing global standards and innovations, profitability as well as building global delivery models at the highest quality level.
In his current position, he manages the deployment and transformation of managed services in the SAP environment in different hybrid cloud scenarios to ensure customers optimal coverage on their digital journeys. In addition, he implements efficiency programs with the aim of saving additional costs and delivering services faster. Automation, AIOps, shoring, supplier management and improvements in the delivery model are essential elements for increasing efficiency.
