Elina is a consultant at Detecon International GmbH and assigned to the Business Technology chapter. Here she advises national and international companies from a variety of industries on the topics of sustainability and digitization.
In her master's degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Elina specialized in strategic management with a focus on sustainability. In her professional career, she has gained experience in the areas of sustainability strategies, strategic personnel development and supply chain management. In her current projects at Detecon, Elina deals with strategies for climate protection, enabling climate protection and climate adaptation, as well as requirements management and enterprise architecture.
Since the beginning of 2023, Elina has been part of T-Systems' susTain program in the corporate office on a long-term basis. In this role, she supports the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy and the coordination of sustainability activities within the company.
Elina's vision is to anchor future-oriented, sustainable thinking more firmly in corporate strategies in order to strengthen value, combined with the need for sustainability and digitization in companies.
