The Pega platform and Digital Toolkit enable efficient and scalable implementation of management processes tailored to specific requirements. The solution can be operated in the administration itself or in the sovereign and secure Open Telekom Cloud located in Germany. This means that specialist departments and IT departments benefit equally from our solution.
By combining low-code, RPA, artificial intelligence, and corresponding analyses, we comprehensively automate complex processes such as application processing and citizen inquiries. How can this be envisaged? Pega’s Live Data concept means that the required data is available automatically and is up-to-date, even if it comes from different IT systems. The need for research and manual transfer is eliminated. Entries are also checked automatically and errors are highlighted, and communication via various channels is also directly available. This saves time, reduces errors, and creates more scope for dealing with citizens’ concerns.
