The solution

Remote support according to agreed operating models and times (all non-office times/weekends are covered by T-Systems employees)
Hardware refresh every 3 years
If required, T-Systems employees can be on site at the customer's premises to coordinate with and support the operation of the KAGes system in real time
Regular backup/restore tests
