Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is continuously improving the daily operations of their airport. The integrated asset planning and flow forecasting project is one of the key projects. The aim of this project is to create an optimal balance between efficient use of assets, excellent passenger experience and high On Time Performance (OTP). Close cooperation between multiple parties, including airlines, handlers, air traffic control, border control, security partners, etc., is necessary for smooth daily operations at Schiphol. The challenge is to create an integrated platform that all parties can easily work with to optimize their planning and forecasting of asset use. The goal: more efficient Airport Operations. T-Systems is implementing an innovative platform for Schiphol that makes this possible.
