Karsten leads PAC’s SITSI® research cluster on cloud computing, which includes qualitative trend reports, vendor profiles, and quantitative data on market segments and vendors related to IT infrastructure, application transformation, and operation. Within the framework of custom consulting projects, Karsten supports clients in strategic decision-making processes, portfolio analyses, positioning, partner search, and M&A activities. He is also the author of numerous PAC RADARs, white papers, and trend studies and regularly speaks at events.
