Dineo Molefe

Dineo Molefe

Managing Director

Dineo Molefe is the Managing Director of T-Systems South Africa, part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, since May 2018. She has 23 years of very successful corporate career, 11 of those in executive and board level leadership roles.

Dineo is a well-respected professional and board member in South Africa with proven value add in organisations she has been part of, current and previous.

Having been in the ICT industry for 5 years, coupled with 7 years in the Investment/ Mergers and Acquisition space, as well as a board member in certain industries including financial services and food services, Dineo has all-rounded experience that enables her to operate operationally and strategically, while understanding the key issues that drive value in business today.

Prior to joining T-Systems in April 2016, Dineo had been with major blue-chip companies in South Africa. This includes being a Finance Executive with Vodacom and a Group Financial Director with Thebe Investment Corporation. The journey with Thebe Investment Corporation started with her in the role of Financial Executive for Thebe Stockbroking. After six months, she was promoted to Group Financial Manager of Thebe Investment Corporation.  Within a short space of two years, she was promoted again to Group Financial Director in 2010.

Dineo is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) SA, 2003. In 2010 she went on to obtain a Masters’ in International Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. She also holds an Advanced Management Qualification from Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, which she obtained in 2012.

Dineo has received numerous awards and acknowledgements in recognition of her leadership and achievements, among those are:

  • Winner 2018: Gender Mainstreaming Awards - Positive Role Model
  • Finalist 2020: South African Professionals Awards - Professional of the Year Award in the Digital Industry Class of the Commerce, Law and Management Category.
  • Nominee 2020: TOPCO - Top Empowered Business Leader

Dineo is also a Board and Audit Committee Member of two Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed companies.

Unathi Jonas

Unathi Jonas

Executive Head of Legal

Unathi is a General Council with 14 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial law. She heads up the legal department at T-Systems and is also responsible for compliance, risk, and data privacy. She is also the company secretary at T-Systems responsible for governance of the T-Systems Board.

Prior to joining T-Systems Unathi was an equity partner and director at leading law firm, Bowmans, where she practiced in the mergers and acquisitions and commercial law department.

She also sits on the board of trustees, in the role of chairman, for a number of indirect shareholders in the Independent Power Producer Programme. 

In 2020 Unathi was nominated as GC Powerlist top 500 in house legal advisors in the world.

Wessel Sauermann

Wessel Sauermann (CA)SA

VP Finance

Wessel Sauermann is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA)SA, seasoned Finance Professional and a long serving member of T-Systems South Africa (TSSA) management. He has been part of the Finance team within T-Systems International and TSSA for a number of years, having joined T-Systems South Africa in 1996.

Besides T-Systems, Wessel has also served in other key South Africa entities such as South Africa Revenue Services (SARS) as a Senior Tax Official, as well as global audit company PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), where he served as Manager – Audit Services.

Since joining T-Systems, he has served in numerous roles, both locally (TSSA) and internationally, including:

  • Manager - Business Assurance, Business Manager - Accounting, Business Manager - Controlling, CFO for T-Systems India (Pty) Ltd, Business Manager - Finance, Acting CFO (TSSA), Business Manager - Controlling, Head of Controlling, Head of Business Operations – Delivery, Head of Finance 

In September 2020, he took over the role of Vice President: Finance for T-Systems South Africa where, as part of the local Executive Team, he will play a very active and crucial role in supporting the local business’ endeavours.

Wessel, who is passionate about seeing the company and its people change and grow, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Free State, an Honours degree B. Compt (CTA) from the University of South Africa. In 1991 he achieved the designation of CA(SA) – Chartered Accountant – Public Accountants and Auditing Board and is a recognised member of the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

Clarice Sinegugu Nadebeni

Clarice Sinegugu Nadebeni

VP Human Resources

Clarice Sinegugu Ndabeni, is a seasoned Human Resources professional who joined T-Systems South Africa with the acquisition of Arivia.kom in 2010

There she had held several internal consultant roles from 2005-2009, culminating in her experience as Management Consultant: Human Capital Development.

At T-Systems South Africa, she has served as Human resources Business Partners (HRBP) in the Delivery unit for years, as well as Senior HRBP for G&A, Finance and Controlling, Strategy and Transformation as well as Human Resources portfolio. Additionally, she has managed the Learning and Development (L&D) team. In 2018, Clarice was appointed to the role of Head: Human Resources. In September 2020, she was appointed Vice President: Human Resources.

Clarice’s qualifications include amongst others a Bachelor of Arts (BA), majoring in Sociology, a minor in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University in Texas, USA. MAP from Wits Business School, DLPR from Unisa business School.

Among her achievements at T-Systems S.A. has been the task overseeing the company’s Transformation Process and driving the employee engagement in order to shape a new people centered organizational culture and ensuring that skills development, employment equity and Nation Building are central to the company’s Human Resources strategy.

Colin Archery

Executive in charge of Managed Infrastructure Services & Private Cloud (MISPC)

Colin Archery is the Head: MIS/PC (Managed Infrastructure Services and Private Cloud). Prior to this Colin was the Head of IT Operations (formerly CSS) and has also held the roles Head of Partner Management End-User Services and Head of Business Operations and Quality.

In this role Colin is responsible for the MIS/PC portfolio unit which includes: TC and Security; Quality; SAP and DS; Shared Infrastructure; Automation and System Support; Solution Design; PME and EUC; Supporting Services. 

Dr Rajan Padayachee

Dr Rajan Padayachee

Executive Head of Sales

Dr Rajan Padayachee joined T-Systems South Africa in 2010 from Arivia and has over 20 years of experience in both Engineering and IT. 

Dr Padayachee has been Head of Sales since 1 December 2018. In this role he acts as the central contact point for TSI and overall co-ordination of the other Heads in Sales.

Dr Padayachee experience in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and maintenance, with nineteen years of management experience.

Dr. Padayachee has significant Experience in Management of Large Divisions within Corporate Organisations.
