Dr. Rajan Padayachee was appointed as MD at T-Systems South Africa on 1 October 2020.
Dr. Padayachee joined T-Systems South Africa in 2010 from Arivia.kom and has over 26 years of experience in both Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. At Arivia.kom, he was the Executive General Manager in charge of Managed Services, Systems Integration and Telecommunications business units.
Since joining T-Systems, Rajan has held several executive management positions which included Head of CSS, VP of ICTO & Production and Head of Solutions Design, Projects and Portfolio management. Over the last two years, Rajan been the Head of Sales and Marketing for T-Systems South Africa.
Rajan also has a PhD in Information Systems which focused on Strategic IT decision making in the midst of disruptive technologies.
Rajan is a well respected professional and has exceptional all-round experience that enables him to operate at tactical and strategic levels and has proven ability to add value and made a difference in all previous roles that he occupied.
Unathi is a General Council with 14 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial law. She heads up the legal department at T-Systems and is also responsible for compliance, risk, and data privacy. She is also the company secretary at T-Systems responsible for governance of the T-Systems Board.
Prior to joining T-Systems Unathi was an equity partner and director at leading law firm, Bowmans, where she practiced in the mergers and acquisitions and commercial law department.
She also sits on the board of trustees, in the role of chairman, for a number of indirect shareholders in the Independent Power Producer Programme.
In 2020 Unathi was nominated as GC Powerlist top 500 in house legal advisors in the world.
Wessel Sauermann is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA)SA, seasoned Finance Professional and a long serving member of T-Systems South Africa (TSSA) management. He has been part of the Finance team within T-Systems International and TSSA for a number of years, having joined T-Systems South Africa in 1996.
Clarice Sinegugu Ndabeni, is a seasoned Human Resources professional who joined T-Systems South Africa with the acquisition of Arivia.kom in 2010
There she had held several internal consultant roles from 2005-2009, culminating in her experience as Management Consultant: Human Capital Development.
