Since September 2024, Elke Anderl has been the Chief Commercial Officer at T-Systems. In this role, she oversees the company’s global sales and marketing operations.
Elke Anderl brings extensive and diverse expertise across various industries in IT, sales, and service. She began her professional career in the automotive industry before joining Deutsche Telekom in 1999. At Deutsche Telekom, she held various leadership positions in sales and service, both nationally and internationally.
For the first 16 years within the Telekom Group, she worked in several management roles at T-Systems. Among other positions, she served as Sales and Service Management Director for T-Systems Japan and later managed sales for the automotive sector, working with clients such as Daimler and Volkswagen. From 2016 to the end of 2018, she led the group-wide Performance Management in HR Development at Telekom. From 2018 to 2023, she was a member of the Sales & Service Executive Management at Telekom Deutschland, where she headed Service Development & Innovations. In this role, she was responsible for the transformation and digitalization of customer service, as well as customer experience and process optimization.
In early 2024, Elke Anderl was initially appointed Head of Sales for the German market at T-Systems, before shortly thereafter taking on global responsibility for sales and marketing.
