Elke Anderl joined the management team at T-Systems International GmbH as CCO in September 2024. Her goal is to turn customers into fans! She is committed to this with a lot of energy and passion. This means listening carefully to customers, understanding their needs and implementing their requirements with innovative solutions. In her previous role as Senior Vice President of Sales in Germany, it was also important to her to create added value for customers and make an important contribution to achieving the company's goals.
Elke Anderl started her career in the automotive industry and moved to Deutsche Telekom in 1999. She has worked in various management positions in the field of sales and service including Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems in Singapore and Japan.
Elke Anderl is convinced that the optimal combination of humans and AI is crucial for the best possible customer and employee experience – also in the B2B environment. Together with T-Systems' comprehensive portfolio of services, she is also pursuing the holistic approach of inspiring her customers with industry-specific, customized solutions.
