Kai Jessen leads global sales and marketing at synedra information technologies GmbH a subsidiary of T-Systems International and part of Telekom Health as the Chief Sales Officer since 2024. synedra specializes in Health Content Management (HCM) solutions for healthcare facilities.

Having completed his graduation degree in Electrical / Computer Science Engineering from University of Applied Sciences Kiel, Kai started his career as a software developer in the 1990s. For more than 20 years, he has held various leadership positions within healthcare IT across development, product management, and sales. 

Kai’s passion lies in the digital transformation of healthcare providers and in shaping the change process together with his team in a way that is thoughtful, seamless, and beneficial for end users, patients, and all other stakeholders, while also accelerating the pace of transformation. He believes the key to achieving this lies in the combination of excellent data management, facilitating the transition from unstructured to structured data, as well as AI-driven solutions and cloud strategies.
