Nils Muthmann has been with Deutsche Telekom since 2010. He is an experienced project leader with more than 10 years management consulting track record with a strong focus on strategy, transformation and sustainability.
Before, Nils was a management consultant specialized on transformation projects. As principal consultant at Telekom Strategy Consulting, he was responsible for various groupwide transformation and growth projects, such as the agile transformation of a large organization, a group wide program to increase the sustainability performance of Deutsche Telekom and the founding of the Telekom Security unit.
In 2022 Nils joined the T-Systems HR organization as manager and lead of several strategic company-wide HR initiatives, such as integrated workforce management or the new setup of career development.
Since 2024, Nils is globally responsible for ESG/Sustainability at T-Systems and drives the sustainable transformation of T-Systems, especially with regards to climate targets, energy efficiency and circularity.
