T-Systems has been honored with the coveted platinum award in the “Sovereign Cloud” category at the 2024 Vogel IT Media IT Awards. In the anniversary year of the Readers’ Choice Awards, which were presented for the tenth time by the seven Insider portals of Vogel IT-Medien, over 72,000 readers voted and chose the best IT companies of the year.
In the “Sovereign Cloud” category, Deutsche Telekom daughter T-Systems came out on top as the clear favorite and received the platinum trophy. In the "Sovereign Cloud" category, T-Systems came out on top as the clear winner and received the platinum trophy, followed by IONOS Cloud with gold and Schwarz IT – STACKIT with silver.
This award is a special recognition of our work in the area of sovereign cloud solutions. It shows that we are well on our way to supporting companies and public institutions with secure, data-sovereign cloud solutions that meet strict data protection and compliance requirements.
Readers of the Insider portals were able to vote for their favorites in a total of 42 categories between April and August this year, including cloud computing, big data, security and data centers. In the “Sovereign Cloud” category, particular emphasis is placed on solutions that meet the highest standards of data security, transparency and sovereignty.
The Readers’ Choice Awards of the Insider portals were presented by the editors-in-chief of Vogel IT-Medien. In total, silver, gold and platinum awards were presented in 42 categories, based on an editorial preselection of IT companies that stood out between 2023 and 2024 for their innovative strength, strategic foresight and market relevance.
With the platinum award, T-Systems confirms its position as one of the leading cloud providers in Europe and underlines its commitment to secure and sovereign cloud solutions.
