Laszlo operates currently as Managing Director at T-Systems, India since Sept 2016. He was entrusted with the responsibility to formulate the “re-entry strategy of T-Systems in India” and design business case scenarios for ICT operations out of India.

Experience Summary

Over 30 years of experience in the Global ICT industry in different management and leadership positions with responsibilities for global delivery, offshore operations, regional sales, management consulting, digital marketing, product development and project management.  

Since few decades he has been driving large ICT innovation projects & developing  client centric global businesses  with focus on Offshore Operations.

Career Highlights

2014: “Product Leader” at Digital Division, T-Systems; Development and launch of the “Location Based Mobile Advertising”, Big Data Real Time Analytics B2B2C Solution for the Digital Marketing.

2008: “Vice President” sales responsibilities of T-Systems in APAC .

2004: “Chief Operations Officer” - the first offshore entity of T-Systems for the Systems Integration business of the company with 1150+ FTEs in 2 locations in India by securing many international clients. 

1996: “Project Manager” for different large software implementations, enterprise solution & ICT projects for clients of Deutsche Telekom in Europe and in USA.

Maik Fink

Director of T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd.

Maik holds a diploma in economics. He joined T-Systems in 1997 (former Debis Systemhaus GmbH). He started as a financial controller in Frankfurt/Germany. From 2000 on he implemented the German Toll Collect system in Germany from a financial perspective. After that he founded the T-Systems subsidiary Satellic Traffic Management GmbH as general Manager Finance. In 2005 he took over Vice President Finance & Controlling Industry Line Services. In 2005/2006 in addition he was CFO at “T-Systems Solutions for Healthcare GmbH” and 2006/2007 he was CFO for the 98% subsidiary “Transparent Goods GmbH”.  From 2006 to 2008 he also headed the Sales Consulting and Bid Management department of the Industry Line Services at T-Systems. Getting more international experience he moved in 2008 to the headquarters of T-Systems and was until end of 2009 responsible for the international Corporate Controlling. From 2010 to 2015 he was Vice President Strategic Performance Controlling, Group Planning / Forecast & HR Controlling at headquarters T-Systems with a global responsibility in this task.

In his current role as VP Finance & Controlling Global Systems Integration in 2016 he has been nominated as the CFO of the new T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. Company with Headquarters in Pune.

Milind was CHRO of erstwhile T-Systems India during the period 2004 - 2007 and had successfully ramped up the operations to 1150 FTE’s and rejoined in 2016 as CHRO & Vice - President  of the organization  and  appointed as a Board Member.

Experience Summary

Over 30 years of Global experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, IT & ITES industries and mostly with Multinational Companies from Europe.

Expertise in crafting HR Strategies for a quick turn around of companies as a “Business HR Leader”  with innovative HR practices that blends individual capabilities and prowess.

He has played significant role in transforming and setting up new organizations besides handling mergers & acquisitions.

Career Highlights

Prior to joining T- Systems, he has been in to senior positions in companies like Marico, Tetra Pak, MTS Group, P & O Nedlloyd, Tata Technologies, Foton Group, and handled challenging assignments including turn-around of companies, acquisition and harmonizing HR programs and integration on a global platform with large employee base of over 6000 employees.

Contributed in fast ramping operations of many companies in a short period of time.

Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing Management

He is elected to lead two professional associations like National HRD Network (NHRD) and National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Pune.

Anant currently heads Growth Portfolio and Global Shared Service Centers of T-Systems, India, where he is responsible for Delivery and Operations in India and has been with T-Systems since August 2016.

Experience Summary

Over 25 years of global experience in building a business, developing markets, setting up and managing global teams, Operations, P&L management, New Market identification & growth and Strategic Planning in both startup and growth phases of an organization.

Extensive experience in Global Delivery & Operations for the SAP,  EAS Analytics and the EAS Testing Practice during his tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Career Highlights

2004: Anant also has an entrepreneurial background having set up his own company Ygyan which was sold and merged into Cognizant Technology Solutions. Ygyan  had established  International  operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and UK.

He started his career as consultant to MCI in the USA , a large telecommunications company headquartered in Virginia and worked as a Systems Analyst for 3 years.

Masters in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, USA

B. Sathyanarayanan

VP – MIS/PC & TC Portfolios

Sathya is currently the Head of IT Operations and Delivery and Shell Global Account Delivery Executive, Responsible for managing delivery of Services from India in the areas of O365, Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring  Services and other Internet Platforms for Shell Account.

Experience Summary

Over 25 years of  experience in Global Operations, managing the budget of large IT group and Strategic Planning of setting up large IT offshore units in India for the large multinationals and managing global teams.

Career Highlights

Prior to joining T-systems, he was Head of Operations at Philips, where he was managing all of the Hosting and Storage Platforms, Global Application Landscape, Network and Security.

2006: built a Innovative Operations control center with Monitoring and Automation that resulted in cost savings of 2/3 landscape operations cost in 3 years. He established the Global Philips IT Division in India and scaled up the team.

For over 10 years, he was associated with Hewlett- Packard as Vertical Technology Head in the countries such as USA, Germany, Singapore and India also worked in large SAP application consulting assignments for global customers and was heading industry verticals and technology horizontals.

Ltd. and was appointed as a Board Member. He is mainly responsible for managing the Finance & Controlling Operations including Audits & Regulatory Compliances for the company.

Over 15 years of rich experience including significant experience in setting up and running Global Finance Shared Service Centers with excellent understanding of business & finance dynamics & updated market knowledge. Vinit has a proven track record of organization and stakeholder satisfaction.

Career Highlights

Vinit has held key positions in companies like Credit Suisse, Infosys and AntWorks, and has handled challenging assignments including setting up Financial Shared Service Center, effective transition of key processes to India, Investor relationship for fund raising and acquisition of businesses.

He is specialized in Business Strategy and Planning, Management, Running commercial organization, M&A, Forecasting and Finance with Strong business and people oriented skills.
