Transparency Suite for the Supply Chain Act

The solution not only helps meet legal duties but also frees up time to improve human rights in your supply chains

The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act is already in effect!

Since January 2023, companies with more than 3,000 employees must prove that they analyze their supply chains with regards to human rights, define corrective measures and implement them. The law places the responsibility for this on the management. German companies must introduce a complaint procedure directed through a complaint management system and act when violations become known. Thus, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) would emerge as a game changer to stop human rights violations.

One holistic solution for all requirements of the law

Our in-house developed out-of-the-box solution, based on ServiceNow helps you:

  • To continuously assess your supply chains including that of the direct suppliers or indirect suppliers involved and classify them into risk clusters
  • To propose assessments that match the due diligence and, if necessary, to plan, implement and document corrective actions
  • To compile the data for the report to BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control)
  • To be able to provide legally compliant answers in the event of complaints on the basis of communication agreements

From contract to compliance, method saves time and enables new options
