Katharina is Chief Revenue Officer at Wandelbots, a german deep tech company. Her work focuses on helping enterprises translate advances in robotics, Physical AI, and digital twin technology into measurable business outcomes across engineering, production, and supply chain operations.
Wandelbots develops a technology platform that connects simulation, AI-driven optimization, and robot execution on the shopfloor. By combining digital twins, developer tools, and a robot-agnostic operating system, the platform allows enterprises to plan, deploy, and continuously improve robotic operations across factories and robot brands. This approach enables companies to shorten ramp-up times for new production lines, improve performance of existing robotic systems, and scale automation across global manufacturing networks.
Katharina also serves on the board of the VDMA Robotics Groups, where she contributes to shaping the dialogue on the future of robotics and the role of software-defined automation in strengthening the competitiveness of European industry.
With 20 years of experience at Cisco, Avaya, and Sabio, she has built her career at the intersection of enterprise technology, industrial transformation, and customer value creation.
At Wandelbots, Katharina works with leading manufacturers and technology partners to move Physical AI from experimentation into real industrial deployment – enabling companies to transform robotics from isolated systems into intelligent, continuously improving production platforms.
