As Senior Vice President, Dr. Julian Raabe is responsible for the Automotive & Manufacturing segment at T-Systems International. Since April 2026, he has led the global Automotive & Manufacturing business from Munich, driving the Go-to-Market agenda, accelerating growth, and ensuring client satisfaction across the industry. In this role, he drives the transformation of the Automotive & Manufacturing business toward software-defined and AI-driven ecosystems, with a focus on topics such as connectivity and the modernization of complex IT landscapes.
With more than 20 years of international experience, Julian combines deep expertise in strategy, Artificial Intelligence, and large-scale transformation. Before joining T-Systems, he served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised leading operators, technology, and software companies on growth and large-scale change.
He combines strategic thinking with execution, leading organizations through complex transformations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
