We stand for Equal Pay. This means women are paid the same amount as men for the same work. Pensions are also a priority with us: Alongside the company pension scheme, for which we pay into a personal pensions account, you can also deposit part of your gross salary directly into a retirement savings account.

  • Pension Scheme: T-Systems operates a double matching group personal pension plan to help you plan and provide towards retirement. Contributions that you opt for attract a contribution from the company.  Minimum contributions of 2.5% from employee double matched by company at 5%.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual holiday, which increases in line with employment service.
  • Private Medical Insurance: This benefit gives you and, if you choose, your partner and family access to private healthcare for treatment of an eligible acute medical condition.
  • Company Car: At the point of being made an offer you will be informed of the eligibility to car benefit which is based on the role, grade, estimated mileage and external benchmark data.
  • Life Assurance: You will be covered for life assurance cover at 4x salary in the event of death in service with T-Systems.  You can also choose to increase your level of cover as part of your flexible benefits.
  • Group Income Protection: Group Income Protection gives you the security that if you do go off work on long term sick you will have a percentage of your salary paid to you each month until you recover and are able to return to work.
  • Gym Membership: GymFlex gives you access to a huge range of UK wide gyms, health clubs and leisure centres with a choice of membership for yourself and your partner. You will benefit from corporate rates and NI savings on top of up to £400 or 75% employer funding towards your membership.
  • Health Assessment: T-Systems provides funding for all employees to have a health assessment or screening every 2 years.
  • Company Sick Pay: In the event of absence from work due to ill-health, you will be eligible to receive Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) and Company enhanced sick pay increasing in line with service of employment with company.

  • Childcare Vouchers: If you are a working parent, childcare vouchers are a flexible and cost-effective way of helping you to meet your childcare costs. The scheme not only helps to pay for the cost of your registered childcare through salary sacrifice, but the associated tax and National Insurance savings can help you with the numerous financial commitments that parents have to meet.
  • Cycle 2 Work: The Cycle 2 Work scheme can provide you with a bicycle (and/or accessories) to cycle to work, and to use in your free time, and you can save tax and National Insurance. This benefit is available to elect twice a year.
