With more than 19 years of experience in SAP consulting, application implementation, process optimization, project management, IT, as well as more than 12 years in leadership positions, Nicole Berg started at T-Systems in April 2023. As an experienced manager, she deals intensively with topics such as strategy, IT, development, and transformation – and always keeps an eye on the needs of customers, end users, and employees. With her motivating management style, she encourages teams to develop into autonomous organizational units that continue to change and grow. Nicole Berg is passionate about digitalization and innovation and has received awards for her commitment in the past as “Role Model Top Women Germany,” “Top 100 Women in Tech,” and “Top 10 Women Influencing Telco Industry.”
