This award was presented to us at the ServiceNow worldwide partner awards reception in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday, May 15, 2023.
The ServiceNow Global Alliances and Channel Ecosystem organisation recognises the achievements of industry-leading partners that have contributed to ServiceNow’s growth trajectory by driving successful business outcomes for joint customers. This year’s awards are based on partner performance in 2022, which is evaluated by the following key attributes: revenue contribution/growth, product line expansion and skill competencies growth, and business innovation with associated digital transformation impact.
Along with the above attributes, this award is based on the representation of innovation in its truest form. We worked with ServiceNow to create an out-of-the-box solution that complies with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and collaborated with them on an electric vehicle charging assurance. T-Systems along with its subsidiary Operational Services drove the most business with the highest net-new annual contract value in emerging regions around the world and led the transformation of a public sector agency with the power of the Now Platform to accelerate employment opportunities.

We merge the current capabilities (also vertical) with our domain expertise to generate differentiating solutions (e.g. Ambika, Transparency Suite). T-Systems is the only cloud service provider in Germany that offers its customers ServiceNow SaaS solution from the Deutsche Telekom cloud data centre as well as from the ServiceNow Cloud as a Managed Software Service and thus meets the needs of regulated industries.
